Details you choose to submit

For a quote, sample or technical-document request we receive your product, request type, name and email, together with any company name, quantity, destination, specifications, date, reference link or additional requirements you provide. Quantity and destination are optional for technical-document requests. We record your consent, submission time and the originating product or manufacturer page, when supplied. Correction and rights requests collect their own voluntarily supplied details.

How we use them

The Honyawn Atlas team uses inquiry details to assess the requirement, ask for clarification and follow up by email. Contact details and detailed requirements are visible only to authorized administrators. They are not published or automatically distributed to manufacturers. Any proposed onward introduction should be discussed with you first. Inquiry submissions are not sent to AI model providers by this form.

Private status link

A successful submission provides a private status link. Anyone with that link can see the limited request summary and status, but not your name, company, email, drawing link, detailed requirements or internal notes. Keep the link private. The access token is stored as a hash on the server.

Data minimization

Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, confidential contracts or documents you are not authorized to share. The form accepts an optional drawing reference link; it does not upload files or retrieve the linked file automatically.

Traffic

The public site's first-party visitor analytics and session tracking remain disabled. Infrastructure providers may process technical access information to operate and protect the website. We record submitted inquiries in the private request queue so they can be reviewed and followed up.

Retention and your requests

Access is limited to project administration. Information should be removed when no longer reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping or dispute handling. You may ask to access, correct or delete your submission through the correction and rights desk, subject to applicable exceptions.
