Public search does not require an account. Standard hosting security and access logs may be processed by the hosting provider.

Voluntary submissions

When you submit a correction, sourcing need, or supplier claim, we store the name, email, company, subject, message, public reference URL, consent time, and submission time that you provide.

Purpose and disclosure

We use submissions to research, correct, and improve manufacturer information or respond to the request. Contact details are not displayed publicly. We do not sell submitted personal information.

Retention and requests

Pending submissions are retained while being reviewed. A formal retention period and privacy contact will be published before public launch. You may request correction or deletion through the future privacy contact channel.

Safety

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, private contracts, export-controlled data, or trade secrets.
